We are an organization of volunteers and professionals whose purpose is to educate and support each other thru the organ transplant process. The group meets bi-weekly to present information on different parts and pieces of the process. Information is power in this very complex and confusing process. As advocates for our health and sanity, we arm each other with coping skills, area resources, information and personal support.

- I am a POST-transplant heart patient living in Boise, ID. I grew up in the midwest and until 1997 called Chicago and the surrounding suburbs home. I have since lived in Utah, Arizona, Idaho, Utah and Idaho. I am very interested in raising money for a foundation to assist patients with medical costs and I am glad to say I continue to enjoy my post transplant life.
